What to Expect
In our first session, I want to get to know you to see how I can support you! My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to share your story with me and make you feel comfortable so you can process your experiences that may need some attention.
Moving forward, we may begin with a short breathing exercise to help calm the nervous system and continue with identifying a goal and providing you with practical tools and techniques to help you work through your daily struggles and remain seated in your Adult Chair.
My talents include intuitively listening with compassion, asking hard but thoughtful questions, picking up keywords, and holding you accountable in your journey of rediscovering yourself. I will use a blend of grounding exercises, journaling, affirmations, inner child work, and parts work.
During our time together, I want to empower, encourage, and inspire you. I want to walk side by side on your healing journey. I want you to find it within yourself to believe in your inner abilities and that you have everything it takes to live a marvelous, beautiful, fulfilling life.

“How often should I book a session?”
You may ask, “How often should I book a session?” There is no right or wrong because each session is tailored to individual needs. You may decide to do weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly sessions. You can book a session as often as you like.
All sessions are for everyone around the globe and can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.
